Our client is seeking a visionary Lead Architectural Designer to spearhead the design of innovative and sustainable urban development projects. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in modern, sustainable architectural design, particularly in mixed-use developments, is essential. Experience with LEED certification and a deep understanding of green building technologies are highly valued. This role is based in the vibrant architectural landscape of Chicago, Illinois, US . We are looking for a creative problem-solver with exceptional design sensibility, technical proficiency in leading CAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp), and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
