A Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution, along with a current Georgia Architectural License, is required. A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with a significant focus on sustainable urban development, is essential. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and a portfolio showcasing impactful sustainable urban projects are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and sustainable development of major urban projects.
