Key Responsibilities:">
• Prepare detailed landscape and hardscape plans
• Conduct code research and write specifications
• Work on design teams to develop detailed design documents for construction plans
• Assist in preparing layout studies, yield studies, and parking studies for commercial/residential projects
• Support Rezoning and/or Special Exception applications
