Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled ITI Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, solar installations, and maintenance, ensuring that solar power systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation & Setup: Assist in the installation of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, and electrical components, according to project specifications.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Electrical Wiring: Install and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and distribution panels in solar installations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system malfunctions, using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Testing & Inspections: Conduct system tests to verify electrical functions and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Solar System Monitoring: Help monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project engineers, solar energy specialists, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports on installations, maintenance schedules, and inspections.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, with a focus on solar systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and solar installations.
• Familiar with solar PV components (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries) and wiring techniques.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and solar industry standards.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in solar power or electrical systems will be a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing.
