Intern, IFM Operational Excellence (Innovation and Sustainability Unit)

Surbana Jurong Private Limited is seeking an intern for their IFM Operational Excellence unit in Singapore. The role involves supporting project health checks, data management, and process improvement in facilities management. Interns will engage in Smart Integrated Facilities Management initiatives and assist with digital systems setup and operation performance tracking. This position offers a chance to contribute to sustainability-focused projects within a collaborative work environment.
This internship role supports to the Operation Excellence, Innovation and Sustainability unit in conducting project health check, data collation and analytic involves managing facilities management data, identifying improvement opportunities, and standardizing data management across project sites.





The intern will gain exposure in company-wide Smart Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) initiatives, tracks operation performance, drives smart and sustainability-focused facilities management.







Assist in process reviews and re-engineering in Facilities Management



Assist in digital systems setup, testing, and deployment



Assist in health check, data management and operation rollout for process improvements and operations excellence in Facilities Management



Assist in operation and digital solutioning to meet business objectives
