Elevation Recruitment is seeking an Import & Freight Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company in the WF postcode area. The position offers a salary of £30,000 - £38,000, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday and one day of remote work per week. Previous experience in import logistics is required.
Import & Freight Coordinator – WF Postcode Area
Location: WF Postcode Area (Hybrid – 1 day WFH per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5, early finish Fridays)

We are currently working with a leading manufacturing company in the WF postcode area, seeking an experienced Import & Freight Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting and varied role where you will play a key part in managing international shipments and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tracking shipments from Asia and coordinating delivery schedules
• Booking container deliveries, working closely with the supply chain and warehouse teams
• Stock reconciliation and post-delivery management
• Handling import documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Supporting with ad hoc duties related to imports and logistics

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in import coordination, freight management, or supply chain logistics
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Knowledge of import regulations and customs processes (advantageous)
