About the Position:

This Manager position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures regarding environmental management within the Department of Environmental Protection. The successful candidate will provide executive guidance and direction to various divisions, ensuring effective program management and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding environmental management
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to various divisions
• Ensure effective program management and regulatory compliance
• Develop staff expertise, support succession planning, and enhance training

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Eight years of experience in environmentally related activities, including five years of program management
• Valid Professional Engineers license (may substitute for Bachelor's degree)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
