Job Description / Responsibility
• Development and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practices and workforce development.
• Strategies to support & develop organizational environment.
• Setup training facilities.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Managing and decision making abilities.
• Creating and maintaining a setup that improves employee performance.

Educational Requirements
• MBA (HRM) with Diploma in HR or equivalent discipline.

Experience Requirements
• At least 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Ability to lead and manage employees.
