Greenhouse Technician / Maintenance





We are seeking a dependable Greenhouse Technician/Maintenance worker to assist with the daily care and upkeep of greenhouse plants, turf, and facilities. This position involves hands-on physical work in a warm environment and requires someone who is comfortable staying active throughout the day.





Responsibilities:




Care for and maintain greenhouse materials




Water and tend to plants needed




Assist with cleaning and general upkeep




Load, unload, and carry materials as needed




Perform various physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods




Provide friendly and professional customer service




Requirements:




Must be comfortable working in hot and humid conditions




Ability to remain on your feet and active throughout the workday




Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks




Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., including bags of soil




Strong people skills and a positive attitude




Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
