Job Description:

This role supports the Office of Sustainability at Chapman University.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to promote sustainability on campus
• Collaborate with student organizations, academic departments, and other units to advance sustainability initiatives
• Design and lead workshops, events, and training sessions on sustainability topics
• Analyze data and assess the effectiveness of sustainability programs

Fundraising and Resource Development:

The Coordinator will assist in developing proposals and reports for grants, identify new funding opportunities, and build relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Reporting and Communication:

The Coordinator will maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide regular updates to the supervisor and relevant university stakeholders.

Campus Collaboration:

The Coordinator will work closely with various university departments, including Student Life, Facilities Management, and Academic Affairs, to ensure a cohesive approach to sustainability.
