Job Description

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator for a 12-month program in Alcobendas, Spain. The role involves supporting certification audits, tracking action plans, and promoting eco-responsible practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, contributing to client responses, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, strong project management skills, and fluency in English. This position is part of Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program.
Job Title: Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator

This 12-month graduate program is designed for the next generation of innovators. As a Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator, you will work with experienced mentors to accelerate your career and establish a solid foundation in environmental and quality management.

The role involves supporting certification audits, tracking the implementation of action plans, and maintaining dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives. You will also promote eco-responsible principles and practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, and minimize emissions and waste.

In addition, you will contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses, promote environmental and quality policies among staff, and prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.

You will be part of Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program, which provides a platform to learn on-the-job, improve professional and soft skills, and meet with experts across the business. By the end of the program, you will have the ground to further develop a successful career in Arrow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support certification audits (maintaining or extending ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 … across EMEA) and track the implementation of action plans.
• Coordinate the carbon footprint assessment per country.
• Assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of eco-responsible principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.
• Contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses.
• Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities and sessions for all employees.
• Regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
• You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
• You have obtained or will obtain a Master's degree in Quality & environment related studies in 2025 or not more than 2 years ago.
• You are fluent in Business English (oral & written).
• You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
• You have strong project management and coordination skills.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
