Job Description
The Role
We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support our Facilities and Real Estate Lease Management group through data-driven insights, reporting, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or operations analytics, strong Excel and reporting skills, comfort working with imperfect data sets, and an interest in the intersection of real estate operations, building performance, and sustainability.

Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting

Own the collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis of facilities, leases, and operational data across multiple sources
Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel‑based models, trackers, and recurring reports to monitor KPIs, lease obligations, operating costs, and environmental metrics
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and executive‑ready summaries for leadership and stakeholders

Facilities & Real Estate Support

Partner with Facilities and Real Estate teams to support lease management activities, including tracking critical dates, obligations, documentation, and action items
Review and validate supporting materials such as lease abstracts, sustainability documentation, and vendor deliverables
Support planning and analysis related to office operations and portfolio performance

Sustainability & Building Performance

Support sustainability and building performance initiatives, including data collection and reporting related to WELL, LEED, or similar certification programs
Coordinate with facilities teams to track certification requirements, documentation status, and compliance timelines
Contribute data insights that support operational efficiency, environmental performance, and continuous improvement

Project & Stakeholder Management

Manage multiple analytical and operational workstreams simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, and external partners

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, facilities/real estate analytics, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, encompassing complex formulas, pivot tables, data aggregation across multiple sources, and clear stakeholder‑facing outputs
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends, identify risks, and make recommendations
Experience working with operational, facilities, lease, or sustainability data is strongly preferred
Familiarity with WELL, LEED, or similar sustainability frameworks is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non‑technical audiences
Being highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable balancing analytical work with execution‑heavy, process‑driven tasks
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross‑functional collaboration
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or relevant field (e.g., economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, real estate, environmental studies, or a related discipline)

Location
This role will be based out of our Los Angeles office.
