3) for Atlanta Care, main campus, located in Pomona, New Jersey. This position manages the Housekeeping department in a 250-bed acute care facility. It is a day shift position, with some weekends and holidays. The position reports directly to a client Executive.

What You'll Do
• Drive client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, working closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director, and other hospital leadership;
• Manage the Unit Operating System effectively; and
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You Bring

We seek candidates who:
• Develop and motivate teams to exceed client and customer expectations in service and housekeeping systems;
• Build and maintain strong customer/client relationships;
• Possess strong leadership skills to work independently and drive program compliance;
• Have 3-5 years of custodial or housekeeping director experience, preferably in a hospital environment;
• Can analyze data, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and lead change management initiatives;
• Have experience managing projects within timelines;
• Are proficient with computers and technology;
• Have vendor and contract management experience.
