General Cleaners -2nd Shift - 2889 (Custodial- Little Rock AR)

Clean-Tech Company is seeking General Cleaners for the 2nd Shift in Little Rock, AR. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in facilities, including cleaning bathrooms, floors, and outdoor areas. The position requires physical activity, including lifting heavy items, and working in a freezer for extended periods. The shift is Sunday to Thursday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, transitioning to Monday to Friday on April 1, 2025.

Job Skills / Requirements

Shift Time:
Sun-Thur
3PM-11:30PM will change to Mon - Fri on 4/1/25.

This position requires you to work in the freezer for 2-6 hours at a time. You will be pallet jack trained but if you have Fork Lift Experience, that will be a plus!

Summary/Objective

The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and Visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.

Essential Functions

1. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
2. Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.
3. Empties trash.
4. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing Walkways.
5. Maintains landscape: waters, cuts, and trims shrubs and grass.
6. Cleans and polishes fixtures.
7. Removes recycling materials.
8. Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.
9. Cleans windows.
10. Dust and vacuums furniture.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
