Full or Part Time - CAREGIVERS, HOME HEALTH AIDES

GHG Home Care is seeking Full or Part-Time Home Health Aides in Hershey, PA, to assist patients with daily living and personal care tasks. Responsibilities include providing health care services at patients' homes, maintaining care records, and offering companionship. Candidates should have experience as a home health aide and possess a caring personality. Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, and flexible schedules.
GHG Home Care is currently seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities
• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders

Skills
• Proven working experience as home health aide
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
