How you will be successful…
• Daily operations including the below areas:
• Foreign Trade Zone Processing / ICRS maintenance
• In-bond filing
• Export Clearance
• Customs clearance filing
• PGA / FDA filing
• Invoicing
• Timely customer service, both within Green and with clients
• Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies, as necessary
• Participating in client conference calls
• Collaboration with other teams internally
• Assist in training, internal & external
• Build & maintain relationships with clients
• On-site work with clients, hybrid
What you will bring….
• Customs brokerage experience
• Foreign Trade Zone experience
• Logistics/freight forwarding experience
• Comfortability in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experience in zone software
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral - this role will be customer-facing
• Works with minimal supervision
• Candidate must pass a federal background check
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
