• Clean DOT record for the last 3 years
• 1 ton dually or larger
• 53′ flatbed trailer with a center rail system (can lease a trailer)

• Leasing a trailer from Horizon makes your flatbed experience simple. Brand new trailers are available to active Horizon drivers with a simple payment plan. Here are the details.
• $2,000 refundable deposit
• Trailers older than 5 years payment: $300/m
• Trailers 5 years old or newer payment: $600/m
• 6 month minimum lease
• $36,500 insurance coverage required
• Trailer must be added to your unladen policy
• We offer Apportion Plates to our Truck & Trailer drivers at $285/Quarter + IFTA Fuel Tax
• You must have a 1 ton dually or larger with a bed delete
