Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter 2:2

NES Fircroft is seeking Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitters for a 2/2 roster, offering long-term roles in the Iron Ore sector. Candidates should have experience with fixed plant assets like crushers and conveyors, along with relevant qualifications such as Cert III in Mechanical Engineering. Additional certifications like White Card and working at heights are ideal. The position allows for remote work and includes family-friendly scheduling.
NES Fircroft are on the hunt for skilled Fixed plant mechanical fitters, for a 2/2 roster.
• Family Friendly roster

• Working with Tier one miner - Iron Ore
• Qantas flights

Ideal Experience:
• Iron Ore experience preferred, however open to other process plant experience.
• Experience with Crushers, Conveyors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, hyraulics and other fixed plant assets.
• Work in conjunction with all Fixed Plant operations and electrical teams
• Some welding experience preferred but not essential
Qualifications:
• Australian Recognised Trade Qualification - Cert III Mechanical Engineering
• Current Drivers Licence essential
• White Card essential
• Dogging and Rigging ideal
• Working at Heights, confined space and gas testing ideal
• Ability to obtain national police clearance
