Internal Reporting Manager

Location: Reno / Las Vegas

Salary Expectations: $120,000 - $130,000 + bonus

Piper Maddox are retained by one of the nations largest utilities supporting their expansion of a highly complex finance function. They are searching for an Internal Reporting Manager to oversee their financial reporting for their internal functions.

What you will do:
• Lead the preparation and delivery of internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Manages the preparation and review of reports, journal entries and reconciliations that cover debt, intercompany, overheads, AR, AP, ect.
• Oversee the preparation of cash statements, working closely with Director and Controller to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

What you will have:
• 5+ years of financial reporting or audit experience, with a focus on internal financial reporting.
• Ideally experience working with large, public corporations and a familiarity with SEC reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
