The Opportunity
Mosaic is seeking a Finance Administrator to work out of our Nanaimo office on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Accounting Manager, the Finance Administrator supports the Finance department by administering log purchase and sales contractions, processing invoices and accounts payable and providing vacation coverage as needed. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Administering and processing log and gear purchase contracts and requests, including invoice processing and related accounts payable and receivable tasks;
• Processing weekly sales invoices and boom releases;
• Supporting other purchasing and sales-related tasks as required;
• Providing vacation coverage for roles within the Finance team, including the Log Purchase Coordinator, Sales Administrator - Commercial Finance, and Accounts Payable/Receivable functions; and
• Performing other duties as assigned, including reconciliations, journal entries, and general administrative support.

What We’re Seeking:
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Post secondary education with a focus on office administration and/or accounting is preferred but not required.
• Related experience in office administration and/or accounting is preferred but not required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in fast-paced office environments; and
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill, relevant experience, and education.
