The Job Family for this role is Facilities & Maintenance, reporting directly to EP Electrophysiology Division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives and working with utility providers. This individual will lead projects related to implementing sustainability plans developed by the division, focusing on infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and new installations. They must have strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences while optimizing organizational goals.

The Location for this position is United States > Minnesota > Plymouth : 5050 Nathan Lane N, with approximately 15% travel time required. Continuous sitting, standing, and walking are significant work activities associated with this role. Key qualifications include possession of a PE license, certifications aligned with energy, waste, and water optimization, and experience in medical device manufacturing, particularly in clean room settings. Advanced analytical expertise and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau are preferred.
