Job Requirements:
• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in architectural history, historic preservation, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with preparing technical reports for Washington SEPA compliance and processing projects in accordance with EFSEC in Oregon.
• Experience conducting property-specific research, including building permit research at local government offices and archival facilities.
