ESG/Corporate Responsibility Associate

Insight Global is hiring a Corporate Responsibility/ESG Associate in Pittsburgh, PA, to lead the annual Corporate Responsibility Report. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality reporting aligned with ESG standards. Candidates should have strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience with ESG reporting frameworks. This is a 6-month contract position requiring hybrid work about 2 days a week in the office.
We're seeking a Corporate Responsibility / ESG Associate to lead the development and delivery of an annual Corporate Responsibility Report. This individual will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts, oversee content development and review cycles, and ensure high-quality reporting aligned with ESG frameworks and organizational standards. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, exceptional writing and communication skills, experience developing sustainability, ESG, impact, or annual reports, and familiarity with frameworks such as GRI and SASB. This is a highly visible role requiring collaboration with senior leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive a complex, deadline-driven reporting process.




This is a contract role of about 6 months, hybrid in Pittsburgh about 2x/week.




Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Strong project management experience managing complex, deadline-driven initiatives.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience creating ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, impact, or annual reports.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, including GRI and SASB, preferred.
