Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sustainability Analyst in Englewood, CO, to support climate initiatives by measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions, focusing on lifecycle assessments and Scope 3 emissions. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Candidates should have over 3 years of data analytics experience and familiarity with sustainability practices. This position is not remote, as daily commuting to the office is required.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic Sustainability team as a Data & Reporting Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving our climate initiatives forward. This position is essential for measuring, managing, and reporting on our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, with a special focus on lifecycle assessments and Scope 3 emissions. Your work will help us reduce our carbon footprint, enhance operational efficiency, and promote sustainable practices across our business operations. As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and reporting accuracy. You’ll be at the forefront of our sustainability efforts, providing valuable insights and supporting our mission to create a more sustainable future. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Must be able to commute to Englewood, CO on a daily basis
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, research, or a related function - requires excellent research and data analysis skills
• 2+ years of experience in sustainability or GHG/carbon accounting
• Understanding of GHG Protocol and sustainability reporting systems (e.g., CDP).
• Familiarity with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and lifecycle assessment methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Net Zero Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, consolidating tabs)
• Experience with online content management and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Public accounting or consulting experience.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications, technology, and connectivity industries.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $37/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
