Environmental Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including pressure washing, janitorial services, and upholstery cleaning. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pressure washing to remove dirt, grime, and stains from various surfaces.
• Conduct janitorial services, ensuring facilities are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained.
• Provide upholstery cleaning, restoring furniture and fabric surfaces to pristine condition.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must be hardworking, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work on-call and adapt to varying schedules.
• Must have independent transportation to job sites.
• Prior experience in pressure washing, janitorial work, or upholstery cleaning is a plus but not required.

Experience:
• Janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)
• cleaning: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

Ability to Commute:
• New York, NY 10249 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
