About the Role

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.">
• Reporting: Prepare detailed sustainability presentations and reports, including metrics on energy usage, waste reduction, and carbon footprint.">
• Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with the Company's goals.">
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.">
• Project Management: Lead and support sustainability projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.">
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sustainability analysis or a related field.">
• Ability to travel to multiple Hexcel sites, up to 20% travel, with no limitations or restrictions.">
• Demonstrated skill in managing work with minimal hands-on direction. Project Management experience/skills preferred.">
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
• Current computer literacy including Microsoft Office products and PowerPoint in particular.">
