• Guide the integration of EIA findings into master plans, advising design teams on mitigation and compensation options.
• Support procurement and management of sub-consultants, including preparing RFPs and reviewing technical deliverables.
• Ensure project outputs meet environmental regulations, especially within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Contribute to environmental monitoring plans and ensure alignment with standards set by global financing institutions (e.g., World Bank, IFC).
• Represent project findings in client workshops and regulatory meetings.

Ideal Profile and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of EIA processes and frameworks across GCC, especially UAE and KSA.
• Knowledge of Saudi environmental laws and application.
• Familiarity with environmental safeguards and standards of international development finance institutions.
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Skilled in drafting and reviewing EIA documentation, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Ability to manage environmental sub-consultants and integrate inputs from various technical disciplines.
• Experience with client advisory, mitigation planning, and regulatory engagement.
• Master’s degree in an environmental discipline (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in environmental consultancy or project management.
• Membership with IEMA or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English.
