Idaho State Job Bank is hiring an Environmental Services Specialist in Meridian, ID. Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Store Environment Team Member at Idaho State Job Bank. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our store.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the store's exterior and interior spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide top-notch customer service by being attentive, responsive, and courteous.
• Adhere to established procedures for collecting and disposing of trash.
• Dust and damp mop floors as required.
• Move equipment and merchandise to facilitate cleaning and restocking.
• Utilize cleaning materials and equipment to maintain assigned areas.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to established specifications.
• Deep clean high-traffic areas, such as bathrooms and entryways, to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Organize cleaning equipment and inform supervisors of supply needs in advance.
• Identify areas that require cleaning and take the initiative to complete these tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors in compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.

Additional Tasks:

• Offer a seamless checkout experience while adhering to cash handling standards.
• Engage customers regarding our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card offerings.
• Support our Omni-channel operations, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) activities.
• Aid in reducing shrink and enhancing safety initiatives.
