They should have demonstrated knowledge of climate change risk/resiliency subject matter and experience applying it in projects. They should understand climate resilience/sustainability needs on the East Coast and/or Great Lakes, with a focus on land use strategy, coastal resilience, maritime/riverine infrastructure development, utility sustainability, and vulnerability.

They should be able to effectively communicate resiliency design concepts to clients, participating in project scoping and pricing activities, proposal presentations, and coordinating with clients to ensure an ongoing positive relationship. They should have experience leading tasks/projects, managing budgets, and schedules for successful project execution.
