Environmental Project Manager

Raymond Search Group is hiring an Environmental Project Manager in Ann Arbor, MI. Candidates must have an EPA-defined Environmental Professional status, a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in environmental investigations and due diligence. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. It is a full-time, in-person position with various benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
Position Summary:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher degree in Environmental Science or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized in thought, process oriented
• 5+ years experience with environmental investigations/due diligence/due care
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to pass a background evaluation and drug screen
• Inspector/Technical mindset
• Environmental Professional, as defined by EPA
• High ethical standards

Responsibilities:
• Process and communicate information in a timely manner
• Analyzing data and information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Providing health and safety assessments and regulatory oversight
• Maintain safety protocols and practices

• OSHA 10 Hour
• HAZWOPER 40 Hour
• NIOSH 7400
• Accredited Asbestos Inspector
• Industrial Hygiene/Asbestos Testing Experience
• Wetland Delineation Experience
• Brownfield Experience
• Landfill, Wastewater, Groundwater, Surface Water Experience
