We're seeking an Environmental Planner to join our growing Natural Resources & Environmental Planning team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about climate resilience, environmental planning, GIS, and community engagement. You'll collaborate with planners, scientists, engineers, and landscape architects on projects that help municipalities and communities prepare for environmental challenges while enhancing the places people live, work, and play.


Key Responsibilities
As an Environmental Planner, you'll support a diverse portfolio of environmental planning and climate adaptation projects throughout the Northeast.


Responsibilities include:

Assist with planning and facilitating community engagement initiatives, including public workshops, charrettes, resilience planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Perform environmental, spatial, and geospatial analyses using ArcGIS Pro and develop high-quality mapping deliverables. Support environmental assessments, data collection efforts, and analytical methodologies for planning projects.
