Location: Sinclair, Wyoming
Job Summary:
Trihydro Corporation is seeking an Environmental Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support the operation and maintenance of remediation systems. This role includes hands-on troubleshooting and repairs, system monitoring, data collection, and evaluating/optimizing system performance. Other duties include but are not limited to; groundwater fluid level monitoring, groundwater/sediment/soil sampling, soil gas monitoring, and contractor oversight.
This is a full-time position (40–45 hours per week) that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth, this position is an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain remediation systems.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on groundwater pumps and various equipment.
Monitor system performance and collect operational data.
Evaluate and optimize systems for efficiency.
Support and promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to high-quality work.
Experience in industrial settings or related fields, with hands-on tool use.
Effective written and oral communication skills for interacting with clients and project teams.
Strong time management and professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Leadership skills for managing field events and subcontractors.

Ability to pass a drug test.
