Job Details

Responsibilities
• Manage discovery processes, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and complex motions.
• Conduct legal research.
• Appear in court as required.
• Supervise junior associates and follow instructions from supervising partners.

Qualifications
• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• CA State Bar License.
• Familiarity with environmental law, including bedrock environmental laws like CERCLA.
• Background in geology or hydrogeology.
• Experience in trial, class action, toxic tort, and/or environmental regulatory agency cases.
