Environmental Instructor

HazTrain, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Instructor for RCRA and DOT courses in Waldorf, MD. Candidates must have 5 years of technical hazardous waste experience, instructional experience, and a valid driver's license. Extensive travel is required, and commuting to Waldorf is preferred but not mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and retired military applicants are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Training company seeks an experienced instructor for Environmental Training (RCRA and DOT) courses. Candidate must have 5 years’ technical hazardous waste/materials experience, 5 years’ experience as an instructor, possess a valid driver’s license, have a current US passport, and be able to pass a background investigation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but experience may be substituted for a degree. This position requires extensive travel, both within and outside of the US. Applicants that can commute to Waldorf, MD when not traveling are preferred, but it's not a requirement.

Only candidates that have worked in the environmental field (RCRA / hazardous waste), have training experience, and have or have had a RCRA certificate, will be considered.
