Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Health Safety Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes. The specialist will oversee the implementation and improvement of health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct workplace safety assessments, deliver safety training, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also involves identifying potential hazards, developing solutions, and fostering a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) principles
• Skills in Workplace Safety assessment and improvement
• Experience providing Safety Training to diverse teams
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are highly desirable
• Previous experience as an EHS Specialist in a professional setting is preferred
