Epredia is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety Intern in Portsmouth, NH. This role is within the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) department and is designed to support the site’s safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives. The intern will partner with the EHS team to gain exposure to daily EHS operations, including incident investigation support, corrective action tracking, training content development, sustainability data collection, and routine safety equipment inspections. Through coaching and hands-on experience, the candidate will learn regulatory fundamentals (e.g., OSHA requirements), reporting processes, and cross-functional collaboration while working with Operations, Facilities, and other site teams. The intern will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects focused on improving compliance tracking systems and enhancing employee engagement in safety programs.





Location: Onsite in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The schedule for this role will be Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am – 11:00 am.






What you will be doing :






Completing a hands-on project supporting EHS reporting, compliance tracking, or safety program development







Assisting with sustainability data collection and environmental reporting activities







Supporting incident investigation follow-ups and tracking corrective actions to closure







Conducting and documenting routine safety equipment inspections







Helping develop and update safety training and educational materials







Learning and applying regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA) in a manufacturing environment







Networking opportunities with site leadership and functional teams







Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Facilities, and Distribution








Qualifications Needed :







Undergraduate student (rising Sophomore to rising Senior) completing a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety







Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities







Candidate must have an excellent academic record







Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship







To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status







Epredia does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience









Compensation : $ 25/hr








Start date: The internship is set to begin on 6/1/2026 for a duration of 10- 12 weeks .
