Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Insight Global is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Manager in Hot Springs, AR. The role involves developing safety programs, conducting training, and overseeing incident investigations to enhance safety culture and compliance on large capital projects. Candidates should have over 10 years of safety experience, particularly with EPC contractors, and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations. This is a contractor position with a salary of $73–75 per hour.
This role will develop and implement safety programs, conduct training, and oversee incident investigations. This role works closely with operations to reduce risk, strengthen safety culture, and drive continuous improvement. The primary duties for this position will include oversight of the EPC safety performance and program compliance, oversight of the owner’s scope to ensure contractor compliance to their safety policies, tracking and reporting of EPC manhours for inclusion into project reporting / reports, assist the program safety manager with classification of incidents and injuries, reporting of incidents in the Cority system, identify safety trends, work with the EPC safety team on mitigation / recovery actions.

10+ years of experience working in safety, specifically on large capital projectsExperience working on the owner side of projectsExperience overseeing EPC contractor safety performance and compliance on large-scale construction, utility, energy, or industrial projects.Proven ability to conduct incident investigations, injury classification, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.Experience tracking and reporting safety metrics, manhours, incidents, and trends to support project safety performance reporting.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, contractor safety management, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation practices.Experience partnering with operations and field leadership to implement safety programs, deliver training, strengthen safety culture, and drive continuous improvement.
