Finray.Solar is seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate in Wilmington, DE. The role involves engaging with residential and small business customers to promote community solar benefits and schedule consultations. Candidates should have good communication skills and be self-motivated. Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact on your community? We're seeking a dynamic a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business Delmarva customers with the benefits of local community solar farms, and helping eligible home owners schedule rooftop solar consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: As a Community Solar Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential and small business utility customers in your community. You'll educate them about the advantages of subscribing to a local community solar farm and/or owning their own solar system, emphasizing the environmental benefits and cost savings.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in solar energy and our community solar offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.
Sales Targets: You'll have sales targets to meet, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers into enthusiastic community solar subscribers.

Qualifications:
• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in the energy sector, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
