Job Description

The Energy Management Specialist will provide exceptional support to our cooperative's residential and commercial members through various initiatives. Your role will involve delivering technical guidance on energy efficiency and beneficial electrification while engaging in public outreach to promote awareness of demand-side management strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• A solid understanding of customer relations and energy use theories.
• Practical knowledge of solar systems, HVAC, lighting, motors, heat pumps, construction processes, building electrical systems, and load management technologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with members and foster community outreach.
