We're excited to add an Energy / Infrastructure Investment Analyst to our growing investments team! Reporting to the VP, Investments, you'll play a key role in supporting the evaluation, execution, and ongoing management of financial and reputed company aspects across reputed company's portfolio as we reputed company our advanced nuclear and reputed company infrastructure business.

What You'll Do!

Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling

Assess capital structures across a reputed company of energy assets including nuclear, renewables, and broader energy infrastructure.

Monitor and analyze energy market transactions to identify key trends in pricing, deal structures, terms, and best practices.

Transaction Support & Capital Formation
Support the execution of investment transactions, including preparation of investment memos and supporting analysis for internal approval.
Prepare high-reputed company marketing materials and data packages for capital raising, debt, and tax equity proposals.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field from an accredited university.

You bring 24 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, infrastructure reputed company, or a comparable analytical role.

You have strong knowledge of corporate finance and project finance principles, and hands-on experience with:

Transaction support, including investment memo preparation and diligence coordination
