Are you ready to embrace a high-impact role that contributes to the future of sustainable transportation? We are seeking an Electric Vehicle Program Manager to take charge of daily operations and administrative activities related to our Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). In this exciting position, you will report directly to the Head of Service and play a pivotal role in overseeing capital projects for EVSE installations in major metropolitan areas including Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, and San Francisco, CA.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement effective operational and maintenance programs to ensure the peak performance of DC fast charging equipment.
• Service Standards: Guarantee compliance with customer specifications and contractual obligations for all assigned accounts.
• Budget Management: Ensure that services are delivered efficiently and below budget expectations.
• Supervision: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of EV chargers at designated locations.
• Safety Leadership: Champion company safety protocols at the assigned locations, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough service inspections and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and operational metrics to manage and optimize performance at assigned locations.
• Team Coordination: Direct and support resident engineers, providing effective guidance and evaluation to ensure successful program implementation.

What We Are Looking For
• Education & Experience: High School Diploma with eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least three years in a customer service-focused environment.
• EVSE Expertise: Minimum of two years of experience with Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with charger CMS systems and Google suite applications.
• Cost Estimation: Proven experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and electrical safety procedures.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to prepare reports, compose business correspondence, and effectively communicate with various audiences.
• Location Flexibility: Preference for candidates located in Phoenix, with openness to candidates in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
• Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time.
