Key Responsibilities The position will perform a wide range of duties including: Own and optimize core platforms (ERP, CRM/AML, project tools, and data systems) for reliability, scalability, and cross-functional alignment. Evaluate the current landscape, identify redundancies, and drive consolidation, modernization, and target architecture. Roadmap, Governance & Change Management Build and deliver a multi-year enterprise systems and internal software roadmap aligned to business priorities and growth. Establish governance for system use, integrations, data standards, and change/release management across the organization. Define and track KPIs for platform health, adoption, delivery performance, and business impact.
