Dining Services Sustainability Coordinator

Compass Group, North America is seeking a Dining Services Sustainability Coordinator in New London, CT. The role involves researching sustainable food practices, coordinating waste reduction and energy efficiency initiatives, and promoting sustainability programs on campus, including farm-to-fork initiatives and food waste management. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis on sustainable food practices and dining operations.
• Coordinate initiatives such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing within the dining services.
• Assist in implementing and promoting Chartwells' sustainability programs on campus, including farm-to-fork initiatives and food waste management.
