Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Design and Proposal Engineer . The role involves designing solar energy solutions, ON-Grid, Hybrid, BESS, (Domestic and Industrial Both) preparing comprehensive proposals, and engineering optimized systems tailored to customer requirements.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle project documentation, and ensure compliance with technical and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, system performance analysis, and assisting in project execution where required.


Qualifications

Proficiency in system design tools and software, such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and related applications
2-3 Years relevant field experience
Strong skills in technical proposal writing, documentation, and report generation
Knowledge of solar energy systems, including system sizing, feasibility studies, and performance analysis
Understanding of electrical engineering principles and renewable energy technologies
Project management skills, with a focus on collaboration, scheduling, and time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Experience in renewable energy projects and familiarity with industry standards is preferred
