• We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Dealer Sales & Project Management to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity within our sales experience team. This role will focus on optimizing team processes, analyzing performance data, managing CRM tools, and supporting revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a data-driven mindset to enhance sales performance.
• Key Responsibilities
• Sales Process & Strategy Optimization
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and increase sales productivity and communication.
• Identify bottlenecks in the team's cycle and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with leadership to develop improvement strategies, improved training mechanisms, and KPI reporting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze the team's data to provide insights that drive decision-making.
• Review performance trends and provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Keep an active pipeline for each dealer and conduct weekly or bi-weekly pipelines depending on the volume per dealer.
• CRM & Sales Technology Management
• Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
• Provide training and support to the teams on CRM usage and best practices in the lender portals.
• Evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
• Support the Operations team through pipeline audits.
• Support the team with handing payroll and dealer escalation inquiries.
• Work closely with sales leadership to report trends and areas of improvement for the dealers.
• Training & Enablement
• Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and resources.
• Ensure the team is equipped with the right tools, content, and insights to troubleshoot lending portals efficiently.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and recommend improvements to sales methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field a plus
• Proven experience in partner relations, account management, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align partner needs with company objectives.
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and partner management tools.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding partnership growth targets.
