Job Description
The City and County of Denver is seeking a Culture and Wellbeing Officer for Denver Human Services. This leadership role focuses on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives and wellness strategies to foster an inclusive workplace culture. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $128,556 to $180,000, with generous benefits and a hybrid work model. What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $128,556 - $180,000. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:
Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

Our employees help children, older adults, families, and individuals navigate social and economic pressures by connecting them to services and experts who support their overall well-being.
Denver Human Services is looking for an experienced leader who is excited to provide oversight and direction to agency wide equity, diversity and inclusion work. The Culture and Wellbeing Officer position combines equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives with wellness strategies to create a workplace culture that is inclusive, while promoting overall well-being for DHS team members and customers. This position is part of Denver Human Services executive management team, directly reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for a wide range of EDI and wellness initiatives that align with the Agency and City goals.
