About The Role

Airswift is seeking a talented and ambitious Cost Control professional to join one of our well-known O&G client. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in optimising cost management and control processes, ensuring the financial success of client's organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
• Prepare detailed cost reports and analysis to support business decision-making
• Monitor and track project costs, identifying variances and providing recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Implement and maintain effective cost control systems and procedures
• Provide support in the management of supplier contracts and invoices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost control processes and best practices
• Assist with ad-hoc financial and operational analyses as required

What We're Looking For
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Cost control or cost accounting experience, preferably within the Accounting or Finance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work
• Familiarity with cost control methodologies and best practices
