Maryland Environmental Service is seeking a Contract Specialist for its Procurement Division in Millersville, MD. Job Description:
Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Contract Specialist within our Procurement Division, located at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD. This position conducts the contract award process: bid responsiveness, bidders tax and regulatory responsibility; MBE documentation; award documentation to the Contract Administrator; Draft and distribute Small Services Purchase Orders, subsequent amendments and A/E Short List Contracts as assigned; and assists with managing the contract process.
Estimated Pay Range:
$48,301.85 - $66,414.31

Minimum Requirements:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree, or in the process of completing a degree, plus a minimum of two years of experience in procurement or contract-related administration, which may include reviewing and obtaining contract requirements. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
