Construction Short Hire Process

Climate Pros is hiring a Construction Temp in Chino, CA, to perform welding, electrical, and pipefitting work on a project basis. The role requires quality workmanship, communication skills, and the ability to follow procedures. Some travel to job sites may be necessary. Job Summary:

The Construction Temp will enjoy working as a representative of Climate Pros. Performing construction-type work such as welding, electrical, and pipefitting in their specialized area. This work is performed on a project basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and quality work.
• Follow Climate Pros procedures to complete assignments accurately.
• Some travel to the job site may be required.
• Other duties as required, based on skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Regularly required to stand; walk; climb; carry; bend; kneel; reach; push; pull; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; noise level is medium/low.
