GHG Corporation is seeking a Configuration/Data Management Specialist in Webster, TX, to support NASA's Cargo Mission Contract. About the position
An excellent opportunity for a Configuration Management / Data Management (CM/DM) Specialist to support NASA's Cargo Mission Contract (CMC). In this role, you will support configuration and data management activities associated with flight and ground hardware for programs including ISS, Orion, Human Landing System (HLS), Commercial Crew and Cargo, and Gateway. The selected candidate will support milestone reviews, certification activities, configuration verification, and data repository management to ensure hardware and documentation integrity throughout the product lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in maintaining configuration control, ensuring data accuracy and traceability, and supporting compliance with NASA program requirements and internal CM standards. Responsibilities include reviewing certification packages, validating hardware data within program systems, processing uploads to NASA repositories, supporting CoFR activities, constructing and reconciling As-Built Configuration Lists (ABCLs), and reviewing engineering drawings for CM compliance. The role requires collaboration with Program, Engineering, Quality, and Customer stakeholders and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and NASA CM/DM tools. Support for milestone reviews and certification efforts may require flexibility based on program needs.
Responsibilities

Strong work ethic and effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align on concepts, practices, and resolution of project issuesSelf-motivated individual capable of working under very general supervisionProven interpersonal skills with frequent interaction across Program and Customer organizationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with SharePoint sites and associated collaboration toolsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, including Notes and Flag Notes, and incorporate configuration impacts into ABCLsAbility to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectivelyNice-to-haves
Experience supporting NASA programs and familiarity with NASA/Leidos processes and toolsExperience with eTOMS, EDMS, ICE Wiki, and related NASA data repositoriesKnowledge of EDMS cabinet structure, document control workflows, and permission managementExperience with project cabinet setup and configuration within ICE WikiAbility and willingness to cross-train across CM/DM and related disciplinesExperience working in a dynamic team environment, participating in process improvement initiatives, and supporting organizational culture improvementsExperience scheduling and leading collaborative review sessionsFamiliarity with configuration audits, certification processes, and CoFR support
